1. Requirements at pick-up
The primary driver must present a valid driver's license and a payment card in their name. Additional requirements may apply for some vehicles or locations.
2. Driver age
Minimum age requirements vary. Drivers aged 21–24 may incur a young-driver surcharge where applicable.
3. Mileage & fuel
Each vehicle shows whether mileage is unlimited or limited. Fuel and return-condition policies are set by the rental company.
4. Changes & cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked. 'Pay now' rates may be non-refundable; 'pay at pick-up' rates are usually more flexible.
