1. Fare rules apply
Whether a flight can be changed or cancelled — and any fees — is determined by the fare rules shown at booking. Refundable fares allow cancellation; non-refundable fares generally do not.
2. Requesting a change
Use Manage Booking to request supported changes. Some changes must be made directly with the airline.
3. Refunds
Where a fare is refundable, refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to any applicable fees and processing times.
4. Airline-initiated changes
If an airline changes or cancels your flight, we will pass on the options available to you.
